CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are offsite, you lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.

You will supervise crew, handle customer inquiries, merchandise, pricing, and displays, and ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies while promoting CVS customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Willingness to work early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in manager's absence and ensure smooth operations.
