Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team in Frederick, MD. You will support store management in driving execution, customer service excellence, and daily operations, including opening and closing procedures when managers are unavailable.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with management, handling customer questions, maintaining inventory and displays, and upholding CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management in driving execution and performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS service standards.
• Maintain and present merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
