Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management and portioning.
• Ensure quality products and customer service while meeting safety standards.
• Maintain shift coverage and address problems with immediate feedback.
• Support profit goals by managing costs and inventory per company guidelines.
• Execute cash management duties and use the FOCUS system.
