Papa John’s is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while maintaining restaurant profitability. You will execute company policies, procedures, and systems and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.

Responsibilities include managing stations, maintaining product quality, assisting in inventory and cash handling, and contributing to cost control while supporting a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
