Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Aufgaben

• Oversee shift operations to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Maintain product quality, customer service, and performance standards (food/labor costs, cleanliness, etc.).
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide feedback to correct issues.
• Contribute to profit goals by managing costs and inventory per guidelines.
• Execute cash management duties and support store profitability.
