Papa John’s restaurant is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts, ensure high-quality products and customer service, and drive profitability. The role involves managing operations, executing company policies, and ensuring compliance with laws and ethical practices.

The Shift Leader will ensure proper shift coverage, maintain product quality, control food/labor costs, and utilize the FOCUS system for profit goals while supporting the restaurant’s overall performance.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Serv-Safe/State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous shift lead experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises shifts and/or work areas to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Maintains adherence to all policies and procedures, including safety, attendance, and conduct.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to resolve issues.
• Manages cash handling and inventory using company systems to minimize loss.
