Sportsman's Warehouse in Cape Coral is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Management Team and supervise Outfitters during shifts. You will help drive daily operations and coach staff to meet operational goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise hourly team members and provide guidance and training.
• Support store management in daily operations and compliance.
• Coach Outfitters and ensure high service levels and product knowledge.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and store security.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to policies.
• Engage customers, drive sales, and supervise in-store events.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including ATF rules for firearms.
