Job summary

Sportsman’s Warehouse is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Management Team and supervise Outfitters during shifts. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and help ensure excellent service in a dynamic retail environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and collaboration to drive sales, maintain safety, and comply with store policies. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment with customer service focus.
• Experience in outdoor and/or sporting goods retailer preferred.
• Team lead or supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary resource for hourly team members, providing guidance, training and support.
• Oversee daily store operations and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Monitor attendance, performance and policy adherence; assist in training new hires.
• Drive sales, deliver great customer service and maintain store standards.
• Support compliance with local, state and federal regulations, including firearms-related policies.
