Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment with a customer service focus.
• Experience in outdoor and/or sporting goods retail preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide team guidance and support during shifts.
• Supervise daily store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach outfitter staff to meet operational goals and service standards.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and inventory control.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and training of team members.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain product knowledge.
• Support in-store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including firearm-related rules.
