Job summary

Sportsman's Warehouse in Corona, CA is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Management Team and guide Outfitters through each shift.

You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, drive sales, ensure safety, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding company policies.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of retail experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment focused on customer service.
• Experience in outdoor and/or sporting goods retail.
• Experience in a team lead and/or supervisory role preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Tomax, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Cisco phone system, and UKG.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly team and guide Outfitters during shifts.
• Support the Store Management team in overseeing daily operations and policies.
• Coach and train staff, resolve conflicts, promote a positive work environment.
• Drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain store standards.
