The role involves performing tasks as directed to develop supervisory skills, completing basic management training, and learning key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for consideration for promotion to open supervisory positions.
