CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee in Cincinnati, an entry-level role designed to prepare candidates for supervisory positions. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing assigned work to develop supervisory skills, completing basic management training, and understanding key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support the CVS Store Management team by driving store performance and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
