A leading company in the retail pharmacy sector is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee. This entry-level role is designed to develop supervisory skills and provide management training, with potential for future promotion to supervisory positions. Trainees will assist in store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while gaining hands-on experience in management activities.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform assigned tasks to develop supervisory skills, complete basic management training, and learn about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support the store management team by driving store performance and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime, is necessary.
The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or full-time salary, with actual offers depending on experience, education, location, and other factors.
