This entry-level position involves overseeing store staff and ensuring excellent customer service while providing flexibility to work various shifts. Successful trainees can advance to Supervisor positions, taking a lead role in store management and performance enhancement.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Trainees perform tasks as directed to develop supervisory skills, complete basic management training, and learn about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through excellent service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, Trainees are eligible for promotion to open Supervisor positions. These leadership roles support the Store Management team by driving store performance and enhancing customer loyalty. When no manager is onsite, the Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures.

The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or full-time salary, depending on experience, education, and location.
