Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will supervise crews, handle customer questions and complaints, and ensure displays and inventories are properly executed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong deductive reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Good computer literacy and clear communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, overnights, and weekends; willingness to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise the crew through directing and following up on activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments as needed.
