CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the CVS/pharmacy team. This role supports store management in driving store execution and customer service, stepping in when a manager is not onsite to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and the store runs smoothly.

You will supervise the crew, assist customers, merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain a positive shopping experience.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning and analytical abilities are required.
• Strong computer and communication skills are essential.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Direct and follow up on activities of store staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, pricing, and inventory per planograms.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
