Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are unavailable, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes supervising crew, handling customer questions, and maintaining store presentation, with a focus on safety, quality, and confidentiality. Prior retail supervision and flexibility for varied shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical thinking and computer skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are needed to lead staff.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving execution and performance.
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and seasonal changes.
