Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. You will lead the store staff when managers are unavailable, ensuring smooth operations and timely opening/closing procedures.

Key duties include supervising crew activities, maintaining customer confidentiality, and driving a positive shopping experience through effective communication and presentation of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision skills essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
• Handle customer relations per policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
