CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, and promoting CVS customer service standards. This role oversees merchandising, pricing and inventory per weekly promotions.

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and issues, promoting CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute merchandise presentation, price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Reset departments following planograms and manage displays.
