Job summary

Joe & The Juice is seeking a Shift Supervisor to keep the store energized and running smoothly. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support the Store Manager in delivering high guest satisfaction while maintaining standards.

You’ll focus on daily operations, training new juicers, and achieving sales targets. This role emphasizes a proactive, people-first culture with energy for fast-paced service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure the DCWF is followed.
• Supervise cleanliness, safety, and adherence to Pink Standards.
• Coach and train juicers through our training mantra: Knowledge - Training - Practice - Validation.
• Lead guest interactions with a professional, guest-first mindset.
• Monitor sales targets and assist with deliveries and reporting.
