Job summary

Joe & The Juice is a fast-paced, people-centric cafe where the energy is high and the bar becomes your stage. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll help keep the heartbeat of the store alive, lead the shift with energy, ensure smooth operations, and support juicers to grow and shine.

You’ll oversee daily operations, supervise checklists, train new team members, and elevate the guest experience while guiding the team to hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and DCWF adherence, guiding tasks and feedback.
• Supervise daily checklists; keep the store clean and safe to Pink Standards.
• Train new juicers through Knowledge–Training–Practice–Validation.
• Lead guest experiences with a professional, guest-first approach.
• Monitor sales targets, manage deliveries, and support store performance.
