Job summary

Joe & the Juice is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help keep the store's heartbeat alive. You’ll lead the shift, manage operations, delegate tasks, and support the team to deliver top-notch guest experiences. Your role will balance energy, standards, and people development in a fast-paced environment.

You report to the Store Manager and will help drive guest satisfaction, sales performance, and a positive, energetic culture. This role is onsite and growth-oriented.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the DCWF is followed with precision and energize the team.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists and maintain Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support new juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and report on store sales.
