You will foster high-energy service, maintain standards, and mentor teammates to deliver top-notch guest experiences across our global brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Observe store traffic, assign tasks, provide feedback that keeps the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise checklists and maintain store cleanliness and safety to Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor and support store sales targets; manage deliveries and reporting.
