Job summary

Joe & The Juice in New York seeks a Shift Supervisor to keep the store heartbeat alive and the guest experience top-notch. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support the management team to run the store smoothly while helping team members grow.

You’ll supervise daily operations, maintain cleanliness to Pink Standards, and drive sales targets with a hands-on, proactive approach. Experience in supervisory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar supervisory or team lead role, with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure, with a people-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the daily workflow is followed and tasks are delegated.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise checklists and uphold Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support new juicers through training and practice.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to deliver warm, memorable service.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets and assist with store sales performance.
