Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: follow the workflow, observe traffic, assign tasks, and give feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists and keep the store safe and clean.

• Guest Experience: create warm, memorable interactions and handle feedback.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support sales performance.
