Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Washington state is seeking a crew member to perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru, and food prep to deliver quality products and fast service. You will coach crew, ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, assist with new staff orientation, and participate in shift meetings while handling customers with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Eligible applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and be prepared

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multi-tasking, leadership, time-management, and conflict resolution skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet standards (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru).
• Ensure team works at capacity and maintains speed of service.
• Coach and train crew members on tasks.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Move and stock food up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
