Sonic Drive-In is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will supervise station duties, assist with training, and enforce sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable attendance, and the ability to multi-task, communicate clearly, and follow company policies. Nights, weekends, and holidays are expected as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
