Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru) as assigned to meet standards.
• Coach and train crew members on tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards; assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD; supervise cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds; lead shift meetings.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety in all work areas.
