Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Washington state is seeking a lead team member to perform, lead, and supervise station duties across fountain and frozen items, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru when applicable, ensuring quality and speed of service.

You will coach and train crew, ensure policies and standards are followed, assist with new-employee orientation, supervise cleaning and sanitation, and lead shift meetings.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multi-tasking, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties as assigned to meet standards.
• Ensure team works to capacity and meets speed of service standards.
• Coaches and trains crew members on tasks.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
