Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a shift supervisor to perform, lead, and supervise essential station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru, and prep areas. You will help maintain quality products and guest service while ensuring adherence to standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include training new staff, enforcing policies, and supervising sanitation. Overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts are required with regular attendance.

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Multitasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills.
