Sonic Drive-In in Chehalis, WA is seeking a crew member to perform, lead, and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality products and fast, friendly service. You will train teammates, follow policies, and support drive-thru duties when applicable.

Responsibilities include ensuring speed of service, coaching staff, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with opening/closing tasks while upholding safety standards. Join a team focused on guest experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead and supervise station duties to meet standards
• Ensure team works to capacity and meets speed of service standards
• Coach and train crew members on tasks
• Comply with company policies and standards
• Assist with new employee orientation and training
• Report customer or employee issues to MOD
• Lead shift meetings and supervise cleaning and sanitation
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform other duties as assigned
