Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Allen, TX to lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires. You will mentor the squad, ensure standards, and drive a top MOD experience for guests.

You will guide deployment, manage cash, and oversee inventory while maintaining safety and quality across Front and Back of House. This role requires flexible hours and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentorship, training or informal leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow processes and coach others.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Available for at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure guests are served by the right squad members.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad members and support program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment for restaurant goals.
• Ensure food safety standards in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address squad member and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Monitor communications from Slice to keep the squad informed.
