Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Sugar Land, TX. You will lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, mentor teammates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while maintaining MOD standards.

You will help train new hires, manage deployment, and support program rollouts. This role requires a calm leader who can coach, resolve issues, and uphold safety across Front and Back of House operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or informal leadership.
• Strong ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and coach others with empathy.
• Ability to stay calm under high volume.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and train new hires.
• Direct squad for a smooth shift and guest experiences.
• Ensure operating systems and equipment are maintained.
• Uphold MOD safety standards in food handling.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift and process refunds when required.
• Take inventory and place orders under GM guidance.
• Follow opening, midday, and closing checklists and communicate updates.
