Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Palo Alto is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the store's heartbeat during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high energy with the team. You will drive guest experience, coach juicers, and help meet sales goals while maintaining our standards and culture.

You'll report to the Store Manager and play a key role in daily routines, training, and keeping the Juice bar running like clockwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

• Hands-on, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists, keep the store clean and safe, and report issues promptly.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our training mantra to build a capable crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
