Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: oversee DCWF with task assignment and feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists and maintain Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support onboarding and training through our mantra.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to ensure warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales.
