JOE & THE JUICE in Los Angeles is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help keep the store energized and running smoothly. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain high standards.

You’ll mentor juicers, drive service quality, and contribute to achieving sales goals, with growth opportunities within a people-centric, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic and assigning tasks.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists, keep the store clean and safe, report issues promptly.
• Team Training: Support juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
