Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Shift Supervisor to keep the store heartbeat alive. You’ll lead the shift with a focus on smooth operations, delegation, and a top-notch guest experience, while supporting the store management in daily operations.

You should have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on mindset. This is a role that rewards team growth and energy across our vibrant, international Juicer network.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback that keeps the team focused and energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise and delegate daily checklists using our task-monitoring system. Keep the store clean, safe, and up to our Pink Standards, while reporting and documenting any issues honestly and promptly.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our global training mantra: Knowledge - Training - Practice - Validation. Help build a confident and capable crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions. Handle in-store feedback with a professional and guest-first approach.
• Sales Focus: Keep an eye on commercial targets throughout the shift. Manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
