Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the DCWF is followed by observing store traffic, assign tasks, and give feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise checklists with our system; maintain Pink Standards and report issues.
• Team Training: support new juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to create warm, memorable interactions.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets during the shift and assist the team in meeting sales goals.
