Job summary

Joe & The Juice is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Mission Valley to keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’ll lead the shift with energy, delegate tasks, and support the store management team to maintain smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

You will coach juicers, monitor daily standards, and help hit sales targets while ensuring safety and a positive, fast-paced environment. This role offers growth within a vibrant, people‑centric brand where culture matters as much as juice.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Hands-on, proactive team leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise checklists, keep the store clean and safe, adhere to Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, support sales performance.
