You’ll mentor juicers and uphold high standards in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. The role emphasizes team leadership, daily operations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the store's energy and vibe.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback that keeps the team focused and energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise and delegate daily checklists using our task-monitoring system; keep the store clean and safe.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our training mantra and help build a confident crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
