Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Mission Valley is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during peak hours, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a vibrant, fast-paced bar environment where energy and teamwork matter as much as performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, task delegation, and maintaining brand standards while supporting store sales initiatives and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: follow the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF), observe store traffic, assign tasks, and provide energizing feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists, keep the store clean, safe, and aligned with Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support new juicers through Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and support sales.
