Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage store flow and delegate tasks to keep the shift efficient.
• Quality & Standards: Enforce cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers with training and practice.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example with warm, guest-focused interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets and support store sales performance.
