Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Mission Valley is seeking a Shift Supervisor to keep the store buzzing. You’ll supervise daily operations, lead the team, and ensure guest experiences meet our high standards while supporting the store management in delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists and keep the store clean and safe.
• Team Training: Support juicers through training practices to build a capable crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
