Job summary

Joe & The Juice is hiring a Shift Supervisor for our Mission Valley store. You’ll lead the shift, maintain operations, delegate tasks, and support the team to deliver high-energy guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback that keeps the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists using the task-monitoring system, keep the store clean and safe to Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through Knowledge-Training-Practice-Validation to build a capable crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team in supporting store sales.
