Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE in New York City is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to keep the store humming and the energy high. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and coach a team of Juicers to deliver fast, friendly guest experiences while hitting daily targets.

You’ll implement our standards, support new staff through hands-on training, and work with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations from open to close.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on team player.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Observe traffic, assign tasks, and provide feedback that keeps the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise checklists, keep the store clean and safe, uphold Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor store sales targets, manage deliveries, and report accurately.
