JOE & THE JUICE is a fast-paced, people-centric food and beverage brand. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll help keep the heartbeat of the store alive by leading the shift, delegating tasks, and supporting the store management team to run smoothly while helping juicers grow and shine.

You’ll focus on operations, guest experience, and achieving sales targets, all while maintaining high standards and a positive energy that matches the brand culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: observe traffic, assign tasks and give feedback to energize the team.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists and uphold Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support new juicers with Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: deliver warm, memorable interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: assist with deliveries, report findings, and support store sales targets.
