Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and keep the store energized and running smoothly. You will focus on operations, delegation, and supporting juicers to grow and shine.

You will help maintain high guest standards, manage daily tasks, and drive sales while maintaining our vibrant bar-like atmosphere. Comes with opportunities to progress across roles and locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the DCWF is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks and giving feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists and keep the store clean and safe.
• Team Training: support new juicers through training and practice.
• Guest Experience: create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries and support sales performance.
