Joe & The Juice in San Francisco seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, guest service, and team development.

You'll manage tasks, uphold Pink Standards, and support the store management team to deliver energetic guests experiences while coaching Juicers to grow and shine across shifts and roles.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily store operations and DCWF adherence.
• Lead and delegate tasks to juicers while maintaining Pink Standards.
• Support new Juicers through training and mentorship.
• Deliver warm, guest-first interactions and manage in-store feedback.
• Monitor sales performance and support order/delivery processes.
