Joe & The Juice in California is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, oversee daily operations, and keep energy high. You’ll support the Store Manager to maintain smooth service and a top guest experience. You’ll mentor juicers, manage tasks, ensure cleanliness to Pink Standards, and contribute to hitting sales targets.

A fast-paced, people-focused role with opportunities to grow within the Moneyball career path. Must be 18+, able to stand long hours, and lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and guide task delegation.
