Joe & The Juice in San Francisco is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and uphold our high energy guest experience. You’ll drive smooth service, maintain Pink Standards, and support the store management in keeping the team motivated and aligned with targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Daily Operations: Observe store traffic, assign tasks, and deliver feedback to keep the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists and keep store clean and safe.
• Team Training: Support juicers through training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team to support store sales.
